Lorenzo Lamberti focuses on public and administrative law, acting for national and local public bodies and institutions, publicly owned companies, bodies governed by public law and private companies, both in and out of court.
His areas of practice range from healthcare law to the regulation of local public services, including energy, waste and transport. He also advises on cultural heritage, town planning and construction law. Cross-cutting these sectors are public procurement and concessions, public-private partnerships, and the legal aspects of public administration organisation (transparency, administrative procedures, anti-corruption and public employment).
He advises and represents clients before the ordinary, administrative and audit courts (the T.A.R., the Consiglio di Stato and the Corte dei Conti) at every level of judgment.
He graduated in Law from the University of Milan. He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1994 and has been admitted to appear before the Italian Supreme Court since 2006. He speaks Italian and English.
He has been equity partner of Nunziante Magrone since 2024.
